| Description: | DCE IRL conducted an extensive survey of the existing property, cataloguing a complete list of items requiring upgrading/remedial action. The items on the list for action were categorized into 4 categories, 1 – 4, with Category 1 being of the highest priority.
Major refurbishment works were then carried out to the listed building including the refurbishment of bars, replacement roof, upgrading of mechanical and electrical, removal of wall, re-rendering of external walls and installation of keg lift. |
