Description:	DCE IRL completed a TTA (Traffic and Transport Assessment) for a proposed extension to an existing hotel. The development consisted of incorporating three adjoining Georgian buildings to the hotel and the construction of 16 additional bedrooms on the existing roof top. The hotel is bounded by Granby Row and Bethesda Place. TTA examined the impact of the proposed development on existing road network.
