Duffy Consulting Engineers (DCE) is a Civil, Structural and Traffic Engineering consultancy specialising in Road Safety Audits, Traffic Impact Studies, Traffic Management Plans / Traffic Diversion Plans and Timber Frame Design. DCE was originally established in Ireland in 1992; following its success, the company expanded to the Middle East and opened an office in Qatar in 2011.
